Andrew C. Cuellar is a graphic designer/ printmaker who was born in El Paso, Texas in 1997. He recently attended the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and received a Bachelors in Fine Arts with Graphic Design concentration in the spring of 2022. His work has been exhibited at the UTEP Glass Gallery and the Rubin Center for the Visual Arts as well as other local shows. His work has recently been selected as a winner for the 2021 International Reggae Poster Contest. He is currently living and working in El Paso, Texas.
